Audience

The Dogtrot Murder, along with all my stories, are written with adults in mind. Profanity, sexual content, drugs, and dark subjects feature but often aren't center stage. Think of it like a Goosebumps book for adults.

It's Illustrated!

More adult fiction needs pictures. I will die on this hill. The Dogtrot Murder has roughly fifty illustrations, all of which I drew while deep in a covid haze, eating nothing but water and chocolate donuts from walmart. It shows, but hey, finished is better than perfect! If you like the illustrations, I'm available for commission.

History

The Dogtrot Murder is a passion project that took me a long, long time to finish. It existed in various forms (artwork, random scattered paragraphs, elaborate AMVs in my head) for several years until 2010 when I completed the first draft as a NaNoWriMo project. Then it took another ten years of fussing with to get it to completed. It was finally published for the world to read in February of 2023.
