My name is Nick.

I have lived in Fuchsia City my whole life. My Uncle Baoba is the Warden of the Safari Zone. Ever since I was a kid, I have worked at the Safari Zone feeding the Pokemon, repairing fences, picking up after guests, giving tours, and manning the entrance and gift shop.

Now I am 36 years old and in need of a change of scenery. I want to see the rest of Kanto, but I can’t make the trip alone. My uncle and I made a deal. He would give me one of his Pokemon if I traveled to every city in Kanto and took a photo with it to advertise the Safari Zone. I agreed and that is how I met my very first Pokemon partner, a female Nidoran.

I named her Zoey.
